1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Did I Take It? mobile application ("App") developed and operated by ForgeApp Studio LLC ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Medical Disclaimer

THE DID I TAKE IT? APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Specifically:

• The App is a personal organizational tool only, designed to help users track their own medication intake.
• The App does not replace the advice, guidance, or supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
• You should always consult your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding your medications, dosages, schedules, and any medical decisions.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in or experienced through this App.
• The Developer assumes no responsibility for any harm, injury, illness, or death resulting from your use of or reliance on this App.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY.

3. No Liability for Missed Medications

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The App relies on device notifications and local storage, which may not function correctly in all circumstances, including but not limited to device power-off, notification settings, software updates, or device malfunctions.
• The Developer is not responsible for any missed medications, incorrect dosages, or other medication errors that occur regardless of whether you use or do not use this App.
• You are solely responsible for managing your own medication schedule. The App is a supplemental reminder tool only.
• The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on this App to manage your medications.
